Shanghai Disney Resort celebrates its 10th anniversary, receiving over 100 million visitors in total

On June 15th, Shanghai Disney Resort held a 10th anniversary sharing event. At the meeting, it was announced that the third themed hotel will be officially named "Shanghai Disney Wish Hotel". The hotel has 400 rooms and will provide visitors with a panoramic view of Shanghai Disneyland and Wishing Star Park after completion. Meanwhile, the fourth hotel has entered the design and planning stage and will become the closest Disney hotel to the park in the future.

In addition, the Spider Man themed new park under construction is the ninth theme park of Shanghai Disneyland, and its high-speed roller coaster completed the final section of track laying a few weeks ago, which is a key milestone for the project. After completion, the park will present the first large-scale Marvel themed attraction within Shanghai Disneyland, while also bringing unique shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences, further extending the story content and inviting visitors to delve into the world of Marvel's stories. In addition, the classic flight experience project "Soar Over the Horizon" will increase capacity by nearly 50% and present a new ending.

It is reported that since its opening on June 16, 2016, Shanghai Disney Resort has received over 100 million visitors, making it the fifth most visited theme park in the world and the most popular theme park in China.
